This little tool is used to export the hot list (=bookmarks) file of Opera to a standard HTML file for quick viewing and possible use on other browsers. It comes in two versions, one running with a simple Win32 GUI and the other as a command-line tool. Both versions are included in the tiny archive.

I made this basically as a test on Win32/C programming. It was made for v6 of Opera, so it's several versions behind and I seriously doubt it has any use anymore.
